MS Dynamics GP is sold via independent software vendors (ISVs), a network of Microsoft-accredited third-party resellers. Pricing is via a quote request from ISVs in your area. Pricing models are as follows:
Perpetual licensing – Designed for SMEs to get started with an affordable upfront license fee to an ISV. Customers license the access to software functionality. Pay a monthly fee to an ISV.
Subscription licensing – Designed to keep the upfront cost to a minimum via a “per-user, per-month” model. Customers start with a basic package and get more functionality as they pay for more monthly license.
Dynamics GP Subscription Fee
$214 per named user/per month ($239 if you use Dynamics GP Extended Pack)
$2,495 one time data center setup fee
- Backups, security, server maintenance included.
- Microsoft Business Ready Enhancement Plan included.
- SQL, Windows, Office Professional and all other supporting licensing included.
- ISV product subscriptions need additional monthly fee.
Dynamics GP Hosting Fee for “Buy Your Own License”:
$134 per named user/per month ($159 if you need Dynamics GP Extended Pack)
