PHC Service FX comes with three plans that cater to varying help desk needs of your organization.
Free. A great option if you want to test drive PHC Service FX and see how it can benefit your enterprise. The free version carries varying features depending on which type of service you opt to use – the Net Edition and the Max Edition. The Net Edition is specifically created for small companies while the Max Edition comes with all the features and great for medium to large companies who want to know the true benefits of PHC Service FX.
Net Edition. This help desk bundle carries a price tag of £210.10 annually or £17.51 per month if you opt to pay on a monthly basis. The package is set for one user and a database of 500 MB. Additional user is £11.9 and 500 MB at £6.3. Features include: customer management; assign requests automatically; custom support email; email alerts; and quick dialogues.
Max Edition. £351.74 annually or £29.31 per month. Includes one user + 500 MB database; additional user is £23 and 500 MB at £6.3. Includes Net Edition features plus: access control; mandatory fields; search engine; and user fields.
