Almost as essential as functionalities and user support level are pricing options provided by Clarizen and Innotas. While price should not be the sole factor it’s surely a key thing to think about. You should try to find a flexible pricing plan that can be matched with your business size and painlessly scaled up when your team grows. Be sure that you don’t choose pricing plans that have additional features that you won’t find a use for and always make an effort to contact with the vendor directly because big companies can frequently benefit from discounts. You should also check out a free trial or demo of each app to spend at least some time using it. It’s a useful experience that doesn’t require you to spend any money and gives you a practical overview of what it feels like to work with Clarizen and Innotas.
