Pricing Info
MS Dynamics GP is sold via independent software vendors (ISVs), a network of Microsoft-accredited third-party resellers. Pricing is via a quote request from ISVs in your area. Pricing models are as follows:
Perpetual licensing – Designed for SMEs to get started with an affordable upfront license fee to an ISV. Customers license the access to software functionality. Pay a monthly fee to an ISV.
Subscription licensing – Designed to keep the upfront cost to a minimum via a “per-user, per-month” model. Customers start with a basic package and get more functionality as they pay for more monthly license.

Microsoft Dynamics GP Comparisons
Popular Microsoft Dynamics GP Alternatives
Almost as crucial as useful features and client support quality are pricing plans offered by Affinity and Microsoft Dynamics GP. Although pricing should not be the only factor it’s without a doubt an important thing to think about. You should look for a flexible pricing package that can be matched with your team size and effortlessly scaled up if your company grows. Be sure that you don’t select packages that include advanced features that you won’t find a use for and always try to contact with the vendor directly because enterprises can frequently count on special pricing. You should also give a chance to a free trial or demo of every product to spend at least some time on actual work with the system. It’s a valuable experience that doesn’t need you to invest any money and gives you a practical overview of what it feels like to work with Affinity and Microsoft Dynamics GP.
