Pricing Info
3CX offers several SMB and enterprise pricing plans for all users to choose from. The plans are can be availed either through annual subscription or perpetual licensing, and the pricing varies based on the edition/version you’ll purchase and the number of simultaneous calls you need.
Normally, 1 simultaneous call per 3-4 extensions is sufficient and required. So, if your company has 50 extensions you need to purchase a plan or call license dedicated to 16 simultaneous calls. In addition, if you choose to avail the system through perpetual licensing, you need to subscribe to a yearly maintenance plan and pay for its corresponding maintenance fee.
You can also upgrade to increase the number of simultaneous calls you can handle in the edition/version you purchased (capacity upgrade) or change to another version (version upgrade). Please visit 3CX’s official website to check the upgrade pricing. Meanwhile, here are the details for 3CX’s SMB and enterprise pricing plans:

Almost as important as features and customer support responsiveness are pricing packages offered by 3CX and Sharpen. While cost should not be the sole element it’s without a doubt a key thing to think about. You should count on a flexible pricing plan that can be matched with your business size and easily scaled up when your business develops. Make sure you don’t choose pricing plans that have complex features that you won’t find a use for and always make an effort to get in touch with the vendor directly because enterprises can frequently count on special pricing. You should also check out a free trial or demo of every solution to spend at least some time working with it. It’s a valuable experience that doesn’t need you to pay any money and provides you with a practical overview of what it’s like to work with 3CX and Sharpen.
