With their Mailsync feature, users can automatically sync their emails with the CRM.  The system integrates with accounting software systems Xero, SageOne and Kashflow. Really Simple Systems offers an integrated marketing module that allows uses to send out automated mass emails and monitor the response rates. The marketing module comes with “Web to Lead” ability allowing users to capture contact information from their website straight into the CRM.
