Open Dental Software can be availed by all users by purchasing a support plan which can either be under a 6-month or 12-month support contract. Thus, you only need to pay for support fees which cover the software, version updates, and customer support.
You have the option to use the software for free without support when the initial contract expires or continue to remain on the support plan. Support fees vary based on the number of locations, providers, and any additional functionality. Here are their enterprise pricing details:
