eMaint has over 30 years experience in integrating its software with external applications. Data from PLC, SCADA, and Building Automation systems can be easily imported into eMaint. With eMaint’s integration services, financial data can be shared between other 3rd party ERP corporate systems such as SAP and Oracle, among others, automating asset, procurement, and parts inventory management.

With eMaint’s eProcurement PunchOut Catalog solution, users are able to order parts from major supplier catalogs (such as Grainger) and have those purchases be reflected automatically on inventory records from within eMaint.

eMaint also integrates its CMMS solution with SEMEQ, a Predictive Maintenance (PdM) service provider that specializes in the utilization of condition-based monitoring instrumentation, techniques, and technologies.
