Engagement Track includes pulse polls, employee health trackers, engagement surveys, and buddy chat or modules on HR talk. A dashboard on “return-on-engagement” dashboard lets administrators review in real-time Engagement statistics.

- Available is differential pricing for bulk users & enterprise clients
Recognition Track encompasses manager nominations, peer endorsements, xls upload-based rewards, milestone and team awards, referral rewards, customer nominations, gamification for collaborative and sales teams, social and virtual wall of fame, interacting and sharing through people buzz, updates and posts on intranet, leaderboards, analytics, and admin and user dashboards.
