You can enjoy all the features of Donorbox without the need to worry about any enterprise pricing plan fees. The software is free for you to set up, test, and use until the first transaction comes in. You will then be charged a platform transaction fee of 1.5% for all donations.
In addition, Stripe and PayPal transaction fees apply if you collect donations using such payment systems. There are also monthly fees for using optional features like integration and gift matching. Here are the details:

- Transaction fee – 1.5% of the total donation amount
Pricing Of Optional Features
- MailChimp Integration: $8/mo.
- Employer Gift Matching: $40/mo.
- Salesforce NPSP 3 Integration: $25/mo.
Stripe and PayPal merchant accounts charge 2.9% + $0.30 for credit card processing. For ACH (direct bank donation), Stripe charges 0.8%, with a cap of $5. (This rate applies only to the US)
