There are two available payment editions for Clarizen:

  • Enterprise: at $45 per user per month
  • Unlimited Edition at $60 per user per month

Clarizen also offers a great free 30-days unlimited trial so you can easily try out the software first and examine its true potential

Professional service teams can also benefit from the special Clarizen Salesforce Edition ($100 per user/month), integrated both with Salesforce and Gainsight. The basic features, such as unlimited projects, mobile apps, social collaboration, and others are included in all of the editions, while the main difference between them being availability of integrations and custom fields. You can purchase each on monthly basis, without necessarily signing a long-term contract.

For instance, the company offers exclusive prices for early 36-months subscriptions paid in advance, meaning that the Professional edition would cost $30 per month/user; the Advanced edition would be slightly more expensive – $45 per month/user; while the Unlimited one would be $60 per month/user. The prices are calculated based on type and number of licenses included, the main ones being: Social license, To-Do license, Time & Expenses, Team Member, Issue Management, Team Views, Project Drill-Down, API Access, etc.

Before you make a final decision concerning your plan, we recommend you to visit Clarizen’s website, and to use their Total Cost Calculator to check the exact plan that is suitable for you.
