Zimbra Converter provides two modes for selecting and converting Zimbra files to PST – Single Mailbox migration and Multiple Mailboxes migration. Both options deliver support for batch data migration but with a difference: The single mailbox migration option allows you to add single mailbox at once. The software will create ONE PST file of all the converted data.

Multiple mailboxes migration option allows you to add as many Zimbra mailboxes at once. (To use this feature, gather all the Zimbra mailboxes in a single folder and select this root folder). This option will show the number of user profiles queued for conversion and will create one PST file per user profile. For example, if you are converting 10 Zimbra user profiles, you will get 10 PST files.
