Azure Maps has two enterprise pricing plans for you to choose from. The pay-as-you-go pricing model requires you to pay only for the quantities of transactions you consumed each month for the geospatial API services you’re using. Here are the details:
Standard S0 – $0.50/1,000 transactions/month
- For small-scale deployments (i.e., Customers who only need the core geospatial APIs or have a small number of concurrent users)
- The $0.50 transaction fee applies to all APIs except Geolocation
- Free transaction quantity included:
- Maps & Traffic Tiles – 250,000 combined total transactions/month
- Weather Tiles – 5,000 transactions/month
- Time Zone Service – 5,000 transactions/month
- All other Azure Maps Services (except Weather Service) – 25,000 combined total transactions/month
- 50 QPS (Queries per second)
- Services included:
- Map Render Service
- Search Service
- Route Service
- Traffic Service
- Time Zone Service
- Geolocation Service
- Weather Service
Standard S1 – $5/1,000 transactions/month
- For large-scale deployments (i.e., Customers who have a large volume of mission-critical applications, with a large number of concurrent users, or need advanced geospatial services.)

- No billing for Private Atlas during Public Preview
- 50+ QPS (Queries per second)
