Pricing Info
The product is licensed on a per-user subscription basis. There are two types:
- Full users – They have complete access to full functionality, allowing them to administer the system or create and publish new analyses and reports.
- Viewer users – They get a simplified interface to consume reports created and published by Full users. However, Viewer users still have all of the end-user functionality in terms of slice and dice, drill-down, etc. They have a powerful interface but just not the ability to create and publish new reports.
A typical starting deployment costs around £5,000/year which is good for 5 Full and 10 Viewer Users.
Pricing is competitive and transparent meaning there are no hidden costs which can often add to the “total cost of ownership” of the solution. In addition, the vendor offers significant discounts of up to 70% for volume purchases and attractive custom pricing for Enterprise deployments.

All the data, details and reviews that we presented in this analysis were collated from official vendor pages, promotional materials available online, actual experience from real users as well as our individual everyday use of each product by a professional reviewer. We put a lot of effort to extensively examine each app, so we not only analyze it ourselves, but we also compare our results with experiences of other people from the SaaS community.
