All KORONA POS subscriptions come with in-house phone and chat support from 6AM – 6PM M-F as well as 24/7 emergency support. Merchants can also sign up for unlimited trainings and demos during the onboarding process. All users can integrate KORONA POS with any PCI-compliant processor. KORONA POS can run on Windows and Linux OS, so merchants can use existing hardware to run the software. KORONA POS also comes fully integrated to all POS peripherals, including scanners, card readers, receipt printers, self-checkout kiosks, tablets, and ticket printers.
