Innago is free for landlords. The platform does not impose “leasing fees” for leases executed through its system, nor does it offer “free trial periods,” as the software is perpetually free.
As opposed to charging the property proprietor, Innago generates revenue by:
– Transaction fees that are paid by the tenant for rent payments made via ACH and card.
– Fees for the screening report were paid during the application procedure.
