Tix extracts a minimal fee of $0.25 per ticket sold using the box office system. Additionally, organizations pay a minimum of $1 or a maximum of $1.50 for every ticket sold online, through kiosks, and mobile devices. Lastly, tickets sold via Tix’ toll-free 24/7 call center service have a fee of $3.50 per ticket. Enterprise pricing plans are not available.

Tix is able to integrate with e-commerce payment gateways such as Authorize.net, Cybersource, Global Gateway, Virtual Merchant, Stripe, and Paypal.
Tix can also connect to thermal ticket printers like BOCA, Practical Automation, and Datamax. For other custom tickets, the solution also integrates with other standard printing devices.
